4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We only share it in the following limited circumstances with parties who are committed to protecting it:

  • Service Providers (Our Sub-processors): We rely on trusted third-party companies to perform essential functions. We have contracts in place to ensure they handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. These include:

    • Cloud Infrastructure: Railway Corporation, whose servers are located globally in secure data centers (e.g., USA, Europe, Asia).

    • Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc., which securely handles all payment transactions.

  • Legal and Law Enforcement Requests: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that it's necessary to respond to a court order, subpoena, or other legal or governmental request.

  • Business Transfers: If Leadi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in control.

Your use of our Services constitutes your consent for your Personal Data to be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your home country, which may have different data protection laws. We ensure all such transfers comply with applicable legal requirements.

5. Data Security and Retention

We take the security of your data seriously and implement robust measures to protect it.

    • Confidentiality: All our employees and contractors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

  • The Reality of Security: While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data, no system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted over the Internet or stored on our systems.

  • How Long We Keep Your Data: We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, or as requested by our clients. Afterwards, we securely delete or anonymize it.
